Zurganezord III is the third Zurganezord to be piloted by Zurgane, it appeared in the two-part episode "General Deception".

This Zord was created by Zurgane to analyze the data on the Rangers' Zords and Power Spheres. It was attacked by the attacks of all three Megazords and quickly destroyed by the Hurricane Megazord. It was actually revealed that he downloaded this upgrade from the Internet, after the destruction of his Zord, he went back to Lothor's ship and used the data he got to create his last and most powerful Zord: the Hyper Zurganezord.

- Scan: The Zurganezord can scan items with a camera-like piece located on the left side on its chest.
- Head Lightning Beam: From the antenna on the top of its head, the Zurganezord can fire off beams of yellow electricity at his enemies, similar to the two previous Zurganezords beforehand. This was the most powerful attack utilized by the Zord up to the point of wiping out all three Megazords with one blast.

- Burrowing: The third Zurganezord was shown coming up out of the Earth when it appeared during the Vexacus and Shimazu battle.

- Arm Blades: The Zurganezord has blades on both of its arms to aid it in combat that were able to block the Sting Blaster's energy blast and the Bee Spinner easily.

- While the Zurganezord III is a lot more stronger then the second Zurganezord, in terms of armor however, it is probably the weakest, as it got destroyed after a few hits.
