Zonic Lee (ゾニックリー Zonikku Rī) is a chicken-themed Gangler Monster from the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler, equipped with Shout to the Top/Crier vers le haut treasure from the Lupin Collection.
History[]
For the first part of this special, Zonic Lee made his first appearance when he was attacking some civilians. That's when the Patrangers showed up to stop him. However thanks to Zonic's ability, he was able to force the cops to cover their ears, thus preventing them from making a move.
He appeared in a flashback that's been told by Tsukasa Myojin about that one time before Noël's transfer from the Paris branch to Japan's. This is because, thanks to Zonic Lee's ability, he used his screech to cause a cave-in on the cadets both one and two, but Satoru was injured, so he was then transferred to the Paris branch in order to get healed.
For the second part of this special, he made his second appearance when he caused some mayhem. This was until the 2 cadets now wearing these noise mufflers to prevent them from hearing Zonic Lee's screech. However, Zonic Lee screeched even louder in fact it was so loud that it destroyed the noise mufflers that the two cadets are wearing and knocking them out of their transformation.
When Patren 2gou was about to be finished off by Zonic Lee, Keiichiro arrived in the nick of time, and with some help from the music that he's been listening to. He used it on the Pat MegaBo to counteract it. Without Zonic Lee making another screech, they attack him. However, before he was about to be finished off by Keiichiro Asaka, Noël Takao gained access to Zonic's safe (which his password is 3-2-9) and got the piece of the Lupin Collection titled, Crier vers le haut (which translate as "Shout to the Top"). After that, he was then destroyed by this finisher called "No! Absolute Slash".

Zonic Lee was voiced by Tomoyuki Shimura (志村 知幸 Shimura Tomoyuki), who previously voiced as Wolfrun
in Smile Pretty Cure!. He would later go on voice Naraku King Desnaraku VIII in Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger.
