Zentinels are mechanical foot soldiers used by Lord Zedd and Squid Ink Inc..
History[]
Zentinels are made via the Squidrills, which strip resources from a planet and uses that to create these footsoldiers, making them seemingly endless until the planet's resources are spent.
Personality[]
They appear to be emotionless and forcefully loyal, obeying Bajillia and Lord Zedd's commands as well as their generals.

- Teleportation: The Zentinels can teleport at will.

- Intelligence: The Zentinels have shown to be smart as they used the Cosmic Blaster against the Rangers.
- Expert Combatants: The Zentinels are foot soldiers who can fight in combat efficiently.
Weaknesses[]
- Blasts: They can be destroyed by energy blasts such as those from the Morphin Masters' Staff quite easily.
- Resource Creation: If there are no resources on a planet, the Zentinels cannot be created.
- Small Size: They are vulnerable to larger opponents such as Solon when Zayto enlarged her with his Staff.
Arsenal[]
- Khopesh Rifles: The Zentinels wield khopesh-like swords to aid them in combat that double as small rifles capable of firing purple lasers.

Etymology[]
- Lord Zedd is enamored with the letter Z, being the first letter in his name; thus, the name of these grunts is constructed from Z[edd] and sentinel, the latter being a guardsman or watchman.
Notes[]
- The Zentinels are the only main Power Rangers exclusive foot soldiers from the Hasbro Era.
- The Zentinels are also the first Power Rangers exclusive foot soldiers to make regular appearances since the Tyrannodrones from Power Rangers Dino Thunder.
- The Zentinels are the second and last regular Foot Soldiers to appear in every episode of their season. The first are the Grinders.
