Design[]
Zaigan is a repaint and hybrid of various parts of Sentai villains suits like the kabuto, thigh guards, and gauntlets of Dark Bohma Zimba and the armor of Yamimaru's red armored form (with his battle mask replacing the menpō on Zimba's kabuto), both from Turboranger and the waist armor of Iron Face Chouryou from Dairanger, with the addition of a purple loincloth, a red cape, and a third eye on the helmet's forehead.
