The "Yellow Creep" was a Turkey/Vulture-themed member of Divatox's Crew and the Yellow Monster of Crash & the Creeps. For their band, he was the drummer.
History
Yellow Creep's human form
The Yellow Creep as well as the other members were used in a plan created by Divatox to torture the Rangers with their music.
The Yellow Creep was first seen with Crash and other Creeps in their human disguises taking part in the band auditions being held by Cassie and her friend Vicki, they initially succeed in getting the job. The band performed their first gig at the Youth Center and were a big hit and Divatox's plan began to work as the Rangers began to feel sick of the song and singing it out of control.
The Yellow Creep as well as the other members were sent out into the city by Divatox (This time in their true forms) to ambush the Rangers. The Rangers arrived and the Band showed themselves and a battle ensued (with the Yellow Creep fighting Ashley) at first the Creeps were able to beat the Rangers but the tables turned when the Rangers used their Auto Blasters, after getting blasted theYellow Creep ran away with the other members.
The Yellow Creep was next seen in a secret location with the other members who were getting scolded by Rygog for running away from the fight, Porto then entered presenting the Creeps with a Ranger Scrambler to fight the Rangers.
The Yellow Creep would next be seen on the bridge of the Space Base with the other three Creeps loading up their instruments and equipment into a car to enact the next part of Divatox's plan. The Creeps were next seen in the park getting ready to play their song to destroy the Rangers, the Rangers arrive at first thinking that the band is in trouble but realize the truth after Crash changes into his true form, the band plays their song while the Piranhatrons distract the Rangers, the song begins to physically hurt the Rangers but after T.J. destroys Crashes guitar the Rangers realize they need to destroy the instruments to stop the song (with Carlos destroying the Yellow Creeps drum set) after the instruments were destroyed the Yellow Creep and the other members teleport to another location with the Rangers following them.
The battle is then moved to the beach where both sides fight one on one (with the Yellow Creep striking at Ashley with a pair of rounded knives) the Creeps knock the Rangers down one by one and then use the Ranger Scrambler which weakens the Rangers more, after the Rangers get up and form the Turbo R.A.M. Cannon both sides fired at each other but the blast from the Turbo R.A.M. was stronger and the Yellow Creep along with the other three Creeps and the Ranger Scrambler were destroyed.

- Turkey/Vulture Physiology: Yellow Creep is a Turkey-Vulture like alien. Due to this, Yellow Creep possesses a variety of Powers granted to it by it's alien biology.
- Enhanced Strength: On par with the Yellow Turbo Ranger.
- Enhanced Durability: Greater than that of an average human due to its leather like skin.
- Enhanced Speed: Around 30-40 Mph.
- Enhanced Vision: Yellow Creep's vision is about five times greater than a human being.
- Divatox Given: Yellow Creep was given abilities via Divatox's power as well.

- Turbo R.A.M. Cannon: The Turbo R.A.M. Cannon destroyed both Yellow Creep and his bandmates.
Arsenal
- Drums: The Yellow Creep used a drum set when performing music but it was vaporized along with the other instruments.
- Club: His main weapon for close range combat, a long-staff club.
- Knives: The Yellow Creep's second weapon a pair of ring shaped knives that were a counterpart to Ashley's Turbo Star Chargers.
- Ranger Scrambler: A large red two barreled cannon that he used along with Crash and the other Creeps.
- Goggles: A pair of goggles worn by Yellow Creep in his actual form. These goggles are 2x as powerful than normal goggles to accommodate for his enhanced Vision.
