Wuandelian Nyiwuandez (ワンデ星人 ニワンデ Wandeseijin Niwande) was the former partner of Barigean Milibar.

In the past, Nyiwuandez and his friend Milibar were thieves with a code of not taking the lives of others. They stole from those willing to do anything to make money and gave it to poor orphans. While Milibar would steal the valuables, Nyiwuandez would use his barriers to keep out the authorities. But during one of their heists, Milibar purposely killed one of their pursuers, which angered Nyiwuandez. He then prevented Milibar from fleeing from the authorities, wanting them to answer for the crime.

Etymology[]
- His home planet and name is based on a based on a Japanese pun Denwa ni Denwa (電話に出んわ literally "Telephoning Outside") spelt in a reversed kana script.
