Willie is the owner of Willie’s Road House, a bar that Merrick works and lives.

After ejecting some unruly customers, Merrick found a home and a job at Willie's Road House. When things are slow, Willie plays an occasional game of pool with Merrick, even teaching him a move he is able to use in combat.
