Voltmeister is an electrical animal trainer-themed monster, whose electro-whip was capable of producing huge shocks.
Character History.
Voltmeister was originally seen in Divatox's speech, before Divatox left for his revenge mission to Earth.
TV STORY-Shift Into Turbo
Voltmeister was summoned after the failure of Flashhead and had a pompous demeanor. He was sent down to destroy the Rangers by electrocuting them into oblivion.
