Voltmeister is an electrical animal trainer-themed monster whose electro-whip was capable of producing huge shocks. He serves as the main antagonist of the episode, “The Robot Ranger”.

History

Voltmeister was originally seen in Divatox's speech, before Divatox left for her revenge mission to Earth. TV STORY-Shift Into Turbo

Voltmeister was summoned after the failure of Flashhead and had a pompous demeanor. He was sent down to destroy the Rangers by electrocuting them into oblivion.

In the first fight, he fought the Turbo Rangers (who were actually the Robot Rangers) with the aid of some Piranhatrons. He fought Robot Carlos and then threw Justin which made the Rangers regroup. He then used his whip to critically injure the Robot Rangers which forced them to retreat.

He was grown soon after and attacked the city which got the actual Rangers to deploy in their Rescuezords. Justin took him down with Siren Blaster's spiral energy blast and they formed the Rescue Megazord. He was surprised by the Artillery Cannons but was torn apart by the Artillery Power Cannons regardless. TV STORY-The Robot Ranger
