Vilma Borromeo is the radio announcer and second voice actress of Kazumi Hoshikawa in the Tagalog dub of Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman from Episode 32 through Episode 48 replacing Candice Arellano in the last quarter part of the series. She later became the original voice actress of Kaori Rokumeikan in Choujin Sentai Jetman. Vilma is known to voice Kazumi in a little childish tone which will later adapted when she voiced Kaori and is a contrast to Arellano's performance.
Outside the Sentai series, she was the original voice actress of Rei Hino/Sailor Mars until the fourth season in the widely acclaimed anime meta series Sailor Moon. She later provides the voice for Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter replacing her previous voice actresses in the fifth and final season Sailor Moon Sailor Stars as her character role as Rei Hino/Sailor Mars is now performed by Yvette Resurreccion-Tagura. After her role in voice acting, she continued on as a radio announcer in the radio show Kasangga mo Ang Langit along with Rey Langit.
