- Many elements of Victor was ultimately reused for Jason Lee Scott, his Saban-era counterpart in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (a counterpart to Geki/TyrannoRanger):
- Victor's surname Lee is used as Jason's middle name.
- Victor's background as a martial artist is carried over for Jason.
- They were both martial artists, and were the leaders and Red Rangers of their respective teams.
- Victor's name was used as a placeholder name for Jason when Austin St. John had auditioned for the character at the time.[1]
