Vampirus was a demonic Baku/shaman monster who served as the final antagonist of the four-part episode "Ninja Quest".
History
Vampirus' egg is amongst the Tenga Warrior eggs brought to the Moon by Rito Revolto as a late wedding gift to Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. When Rito reveals that Vampirus is who he brought, Finster is disgusted. Though the Tenga Warrior eggs soon hatch, Vampirus requires longer so he is brought to the Desert of Despair outside the Temple of Power and planted there.
Vampirus finally hatches after the Ninja Megazord defeats Rito and told by Zedd to destroy Ninjor and the Temple of Power to strip the Power Rangers of their new powers. But once he gets there, Ninjor ambushes him so Vampirus has Rita and Zedd enlarge him as Ninjor does the same.
After being fooled by Ninjor vanishing in gusts of smoke, the Vampirus traps him in another dimension and wipes him out. Despite this, Ninjor turns into Ninjor Battle Mode after realizing that his defeat will allow Lord Zedd to win and charges at the shocked monster. The Power Rangers, alerted to the incident by Zordon, arrive and form the Ninja MegaFalconzord. Ninjor then hits him with a fireball before the Ninja MegaFalconzord destroys Vampirus with the Power Punch. TV STORY-Ninja Quest
