The Universal Supreme Court (普遍的な最高裁判所) are the ultimate authority in the known universe a a common element in Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger. Their function is to perform Judgement on special criminals dubbed Alienizers and determine whether they should be killed (or “deleted”).

The history and nature of the Universal Supreme Court is unknown. However, it is clear that they were established to deal with superpowered alien criminals dubbed Alienizers. The presumed reason for this is that these criminals are so powerful that they could easily break out of a traditional courtroom.
Ten years ago, the Universal Supreme Court was made aware of the multiple murders performed by Dynamoian Terry X to make special energy from ESPers and approve his deletion without needing to judge.

The Universal Supreme Court (though just referred to as “the court” is first seen granting Banban Akaza permission to delete Diamantian Don Moyaida via his SP License. TV STORY-Episode. 01: Fireball Newcomer
The Universal Supreme Court is called upon to judge Don Moyaida (having survived his apparent previous fatal crash) for the crimes of child murder and strong-arm robbery. They approve his deletion and Banban deletes Moyaida with his D-Magnums TV STORY- Episode. 02: Robo Impact
After restraining Juuzaiann Braidy with Dekaranger Robo’s Catch Rope, Banban judges him for murdering a Rhidoma Alien and mass destruction but he is found innocent since Ridomihan Kersus is the one responsible. Even so, his obliteration of a building and attacking the Dekarangers leads them to imprisoning him in the Special Police’s prison. TV STORY- Episode. 06: Green Mystery
For his crimes against the Special Police Dekaranger by murdering multiple police officials and being the best hit-man in the galaxy, the Universal Supreme Court approves Intergalactic Hitman Gigantes’ deletion without needing to perform judgement. TV STORY- Episode. 11: Pride Sniper

Despite being a notorious Alienizer, Speckionian Genio is imprisoned and not approved for deletion due to the fact that his death would trap thousands of people he has captive within his mirror dimension forever. Fortunately, once Tetsu smashes his chest mirror and frees him victims, Doggie Cruger gives them permission to judge him. After crippling Alienizer mastermind Agent Abrella with his D-Magnums, Banban judges him for destroying galaxies and causing mass murder by creating wars for the sake of profit. The Universal Supreme Court approves his deletion and the D-Bazooka does him in. TV STORY- Episode. 50: Forever Dekaranger
A year after Abrella’s death, his apprentice Agent X emerges and commits multiple war crimes. As such, the Universal Supreme Court approves his deletion immediately without needing judgement. TV STORY-Mahou Sentai Magiranger vs Dekaranger
For destroying dozens of cities in the name of the Space Empire Zangyack, the Universal Supreme Court dubs Triggarian Baramudo an Alienizer and approves him for deletion without needing to perform judgement. 10 years after the death of Abrella, the Universal Supreme Court has been circumvented in favor of the Neo Dekarangers instantly killing them without permission. Kight Reidlich frames Doggie Cruger for murdering multiple gang members and corruption and wishes for the Universal Supreme Court to approve a lethal injection. However, a young girl named Carrie is able to get word to the Universal Supreme Court who later approve Kight’s deletion for murdering Carrie;s father and aiding the Space Mafia and the Dekarangers defeat him. - The Universal Supreme Court had no Power Rangers SPD equivalent with Judgement being performed through unknown means.
- This was presumably because the idea of people from another universe being able to judge people on the other side of the universe made no sense.
- As explained in the 10 YEARS AFTER movie, the Universal Supreme Court's universe operates on a far different timescale than the rest of the universe due to a temporal distortion that surrounds the planet where it is located. Eight months for them is equal to 8 seconds in real time for Judgement which is how the Universal Supreme Court is able to perform such a quick verdict despite taken hours at the very least in actuality. In SPD, this is never explained.
