Ucyuseruzo of the Influenza (流感のウチュセルゾー Ryūkan no Uchuseruzō) is a Bugntes Alien (バグンテス星人 Baguntesu Seijin) working for the Universal Annihilation Army Warstar.
History[]
Ucyuseruzo was initially sent out by Buredoran as a means to cause trouble to humanity with little work by the Warstar: after the initial infection of the "Genius Flu" virus the Warstar alien emits, parents would panic and try to actually infect their children with the virus, thus not needing the monster to emit too much of the virus itself with human society doing all the dirty work. However, Professor Renko Shikishima, a scientist, learns the truth behind the Genius Flu when her son, Keiichi gets infected. She learns that the virus didn't originated from Earth and tracks down Ucyuseruzo in hopes of developing a cure but nearly gets killed until Agri and Hyde interfere to take on the Warstar alien. She enlists their help and reveals the true effect of the Genius Flu which turns children into Bibi Soldiers.
Later, Ucyuseruzo sees a news broadcast from Professor Shikishima claiming that a cure for the Genius Flu has been found. Ucyuseruzo attacks the professor to prevent her from interfering with his plans, but she turns out to be Hyde who has disguised himself with Camoumirage, who also reveals that the news about the cure was also a fake. Battling Agri and Hyde again, he manages to overpower Agri and defend against Hyde's attacks, but Hyde manages to slice open a wound using Agri's Landick Axe, allowing him to fire his Seaick Bowgun into the opening, getting a sample of Ucyuseruzo's blood which is handed to Professor Shikishima for the cure. The rest of the Goseigers arrive on the scene and Hyde instruct them to take advantage of his stomach wound and then defeat him with the Gosei Buster.
After Buredoran revives Ucyuseruzo, his defensive power proves strong enough to block against Gosei Great's Dragon Sword, and steal it for his own use. However, Hyde's determination of not giving up ultimately unlocks some new allies: the Seaick Brothers. Using the newly revived Headders to form Seaick Gosei Great, the Goseigers use Seaick Gosei Great's greater attack power to break through Ucyuseruzo's armor and finish him with the Seaick Strike.

Ucyuseruzo was an aggressive and obnoxious individual who ends his sentences with "zansu".

Genius Flu Virus' after effects.
- Genius Flu Virus (天才風邪ウイルス Tensai-kaze Uirusu): Ucyuseruzo's main ability is to sneeze out a virus that turns kids into genius students before ultimately mutating them into Bibi Soldiers. To prevent the virus from being emitted, he has a special mouthguard to protect his mouth whenever he isn't sneezing.
- Fireball: Ucyuseruzo can shoot fireballs from his mouth.

- Enhanced Durability: Ucyuseruzo's body is tough enough to withstand a shot from Seaick Bowgun with ease. When enlarged, he was able to shrug off Gosei Great's Dragon Sword with no effort.
