Character History
Twin Man is a reflective monster who turned himself and four Putties into duplicates of the Rangers to frame them. After being struck by the Power Weapons, each of the fake Rangers reverted to Putties. Eventually, Twin Man was revealed as the bogus Red Ranger. Twin Man was destroyed by the Power Blaster after being weakened by the tower formation attack.

- Twin man was voiced by Bryan Cranston.
Notes
- Twin Man was the fourth of four monsters created for Rita Repulsa who was never grown to giant size to face off against the Power Rangers in a Zord battle. The first one was Bones, the second was Pudgy Pig, and the third was Madame Woe.
- Twin Man's name is most likely a reference to the Tin Man of The Wizard of Oz. It could also possibly a reference to the slightly similar robot, Gemini Man who also wears mirror-based armor and uses illusions to mislead and confuse Mega Man.
