Tsuyoshi Hayashi (林 剛史 Hayashi Tsuyoshi) is a Japanese actor.
He played Hoji Tomasu (DekaBlue) in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.
He also voiced his Power Rangers counterpart, Sky Tate (S.P.D. Blue Ranger) in the Japanese dub of Power Rangers: SPD.

Hayashi is the only member of the of main six Dekaranger to not have appeared in Sentai again after the Dekarangers crossover with Mahou Sentai Magiranger until he reprised for Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: 10 YEARS AFTER
