Tsuyoshi Hayashi (林 剛史 Hayashi Tsuyoshi) is a Japanese actor.
He played Houji Tomasu/DekaBlue in Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger.
He also voiced his Power Rangers counterpart, Sky Tate (S.P.D. Blue Ranger) in the Japanese dub of Power Rangers: SPD and Tylerian Donking in Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger in Space.
