Tsuyoshi Hayashi (林 剛史 Hayashi Tsuyoshi) is a Japanese actor.
He played Hoji Tomasu (DekaBlue) in Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.
He also voiced his Power Rangers counterpart, Sky Tate (S.P.D. Blue Ranger) in the Japanese dub of Power Rangers: SPD.

Hayashi is the only member of the of main six Dekaranger to not have appeared in Sentai again after the Dekarangers crossover with Mahou Sentai Magiranger until he reprised for Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: 10 YEARS AFTER

- Mika Kikuchi ( Umeko/Deka Pink 'appeared in Engine Sentai Go-onger: BOOM BOOM! BANG BANG! GekijōBANG!! and voiced Tsuki-no-wa
- Ayumi Kinoshita (Jasmine/Deka Yellow) appered in the tribute episode of Gokaiger along with Ban abd would later play Yuko Fukui in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, who eventually inherits the power of Kyoryu Cyan from Ramirez
- Tomokazu Yoshida (Tetsu/Deka Break) returned as Tetsu in GoGo Sentai Boukenger vs. Super Sentai
