Tsutomu Sekine (関根 勤 Sekine Tsutomu) is a Japanese comedian, television presenter, and actor who portrayed the Conductor in Ressha Sentai ToQger. 38 years prior, he made a cameo appearance in episode 57 of Himitsu Sentai Gorenger.
