Tough Tusks is a robotic elephant monster created from Emily's elephant-headed necklace and the secondary antagonist of the episode "Bomber in the Summer".
Character History
This elephant-like robotic monster was created from Emily's elephant-headed necklace by Louie Kaboom, he had to ability to fire a bluish-white energy beam from his forehead, after being created, Louie Kaboom orders Tough Tusk to take the remote from the Gold Ranger, the Gold Ranger morph and did battle with Tough Tusks, during the battle Tough Tusk manage to releash the remote from the Gold Ranger's grasp and did battle once more, he had the upper hand until the Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink Zeo Rangers showed up, but even then he is easitly able overwelm them all as well, causeing them to hide and cover, howerver they will able to overpower Tough Tusk with both the Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink Zeo Rangers' Zeo Blasters and the Gold Ranger's Golden Staff, causing both Louie Kaboom and Tough Tusk to flee, Tought Tusk later returnes along with Louie Kaboom, now enlarge, the Zeo Rangers then appears and after being attacked by Tough Tusk, summons the Super Zeo Zords to take on Tough Tusk, they surroned and manage to over power him, after Louie Kaboom leaves the area, the Rangers forms the Super Zeo Megazord, it manages to easitly overwhelm Tough Tusk with its Super Zeo Megazord Sabers, and with the Powered up Super Zeo Megazord Saber, Tough Tusk was destroyed, turing him back intio a neckless, and Jason returnes the necklace to Emily.
Tough Tusks is later seen as an audience member in Prince Gasket's Machine Arena.

Personality
Tough Tusk acts very much like a big brute-type character, he is slow and dim-witted, tho he is loyal to Louie Kaboom and will stop at nothing to destroy the Rangers.
Powers and Abilities
- Strength: Tough Tusk is one of the stronger monsters, being able to overpower the Gold Ranger with ease.
- Forehead Energy Beam: Tough Tush can fire a large white-s blue colored energy beam from his forehead.

- Right Tusk Arm: Tough Tusk's right arm is a tusk that can be used for combat.

Notes
- Tough Tusk always calls Louie Kaboom "Boss", a possible referince to how big brute-type characters in cartoons calls the smart parthner.
- During the giant battle wity the Super Zeo Megazord, Tough Tusk can be seen holding a Japanese flag, it remians unknown why he is holding it.
- Tough Tusks was featured as a boss in Power Rangers Zeo vs The Machine Empire.
