Toshihiko Seki (関 俊彦 Seki Toshihiko, born June 11, 1962 in Tochigi) is one of the popular veteran Japanese voice actors.

In the Kamen Rider Series, he is best known for voicing one of the protagonist Imagin of Kamen Rider Den-O, Momotaros and Kamen Rider Den-O Sword Form.

He is sometimes mistaken for another voice actor, Tomokazu Seki, sharing the same last name but are unrelated.

Health issues

In July 31, 2020, he was infected by COVID-19, went to doctor at August 1, 2020 and confirmed to be tested positive in August 3, 2020, followed by his fellow Kamen Rider actor Hiroki Iijima in August 4, 2020.[1] The next day of August 14, 2020, after Iijima’s recovery on August 13, 2020, Toshihiko Seki has been tested negative COVID-19 twice via PCR and discharged from the hospital to return to work while also under observation.[2]
