Tooth Decay Jamen (ムシバ邪面 Mushiba Jamen, 38) (lit. "Cavity") was a tooth-themed gold body Jamenshi of the Dark Empire Yodonheim.
History
Carantula sends Tooth Decay Jamen to Earth to cause people a lot of pain and suffering and thus gain a megaton of dark energy. As the Kiramagers worry about the recent emergence of Emperor Yodon, Tooth Decay Jamen attacks Sector Z-97 of Tokyo but it is very far away from CARAT so they decide to take Mashin Zabyun there to save time. Sector Z-97 turns out to be a children's playground where Tooth Decay Jamen and some Bechats have crippled everyone there and Sayo immediately correctly guesses his Jamen. Whilst most of the Kiramagers take on the Bechats, Sena goes straight for Tooth Decay Jamen but her Kiramai Sword bounces straight off of his thick tooth and he kicks her down at which point Sayo and Tametomo try to use their Kiramai Shots but they bounce straight off off Tooth Decay Jamen's head. At Tametomo's request, Mashin Zabyun does a Lorenzini Search of Tooth Decay Jamen and detects that his apparently indestructible head is his one weakness. Hearing this, Juru calls Takamichi but he is preparing for his final battle with Galza so doesn't attend. Despite this, Sayo and Tametomo blast Tooth Decay Jamen whilst Sena performs a stab straight into his weak spot with her Kiramai Sword but is thrown straight off. He then gives all three of them cavities before trying to do the same to their comrades only to realize that he is low on power and can't do that anymore before walking away to recharge. Shiguru tries to stop him but Tooth Decay Jamen escapes when Tametomo forces him to stop.
Later, as Shiguru and Juru spy on Takamichi preparing his last meal before his duel with Galza, Tooth Decay Jamen returns although it is now with the mission to capture a Kiramai Stone for Emperor Yodon's purposes. Attacking some people by some steps, Tooth Decay Jamen tries to give them cavities but Sena blocks the blasts with her Kiramai Shield. Along with her two other crippled teammates, they try using giant toothbrushes to weaken the enamel around Tooth Decay Jamen's head but it is useless and he bashes them all away. Using Plan B, Sayo uses the Kiraful Go Arrow to transform her and her teammates into Go Kiramagers and Tametomo forces back Tooth Decay Jamen whilst Sena blasts him and Sayo unleashes an Unstoppable Laser into his head as her friends restrain the Jamenshi. Unfortunately, Galza arrives and deflects the blast instead before delivering a beatdown to the three as Tooth Decay Jamen laughs maniacally about it. Unfortunately, due to Takamichi's mind trapped in an illusion, he thinks he is fighting Galza and not Juru and Shiguru and thus Juru sends Mashin Zabyun to help. Unfortunately, right when he arrives, Mashin Zabyun himself is affected by the cavities although he does manage to snatch up Galza and fly off with him. By doing so, he deposits Galza in front of Takamichi and breaks the illusion which prompts him to transform. Meanwhile, Tooth Decay Jamen pulls out a Numade and prepares to obliterate the three crippled Kiramagers only for Shiguru to blast it away with the Shiny Breaker before landing atop Tooth Decay Jamen's head with a variation on the Shiny Drill Attack dubbed the Blue Holy Dental Crash. This variation of the attack is centered on the center of the Shiny Breaker and drills straight through Tooth Decay Jamen's head, mortally wounding the Jamenshi who can only give a quick advice about tooth brushing before exploding.
Due to not gathering enough dark energy, Carantula was unable to send in a Jamen Beast using his Jamen.
Personality
Tooth Decay Jamen was a very sadistic individual who loved to cause people pain through cavities and frequently spoke in mouth and tooth based puns.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Tooth Decay: Tooth Decay Jamen's signature ability where he could shoot purple energy balls from his horn at his opponents' mouth that gave them a toothache, which will be removed if he is destroyed.
- Mashin Infection: As seen with Mashin Zabyun, Tooth Decay Jamen was able to infect Mashins and cripple them with his ability too.
- Recharging: Tooth Decay Jamen was able to refill his power after some time.
- Face Changing: Like Sumikae Jamen before him, Tooth Decay Jamen could change his facial expressions, which was shown when Shiguru was drilling through the top of his head with the Shiny Breaker.
Abilities
- Strength: Tooth Decay Jamen was able to send Sena to the ground with one kick and a backhanded strike send Tametomo sprawling.
- Durability: Tooth Decay Jamen was able to completely shrug off multiple slashes from Sena's Kiramai Sword to his head and even the Shiny Breaker took a noticeable amount of time to break through it.
- Deflection: The top of Tooth Decay Jamen's head had a deflection effect that flung Sena off when she tried to stab him directly in his weak spot.
Weaknesses
- Cavity Head Top: The top part of the Tooth Decay Jamen's head was his weak spot. Drilling into it for long enough killed him instantly.
- Vulnerability to Drills: Tooth Decay Jamen's tooth-head is extremely strong, but the Shiny Breaker easily drilled straight through it and killed him.
- Power Limit: There is a limit to Tooth Decay Jamen's tooth decay ability since every time he runs out of power, he has to go recharge it for a while.
Arsenal
- Numade (ヌマデ): Like the Bechats, Tooth Decay Jamen was armed with a rake-like staff for combat.
- Energy Blasts: Tooth Decay Jamen could charge up the three barrels of his Numade with yellow energy to presumably fire energy blasts of the same color but he never used it since he was stopped by Shiguru with Takamichi's Shiny Breaker.
