Tooth Decay Jamen (ムシバ邪面, Mushiba Jamen, lit. Cavity) is a tooth-themed gold body Jamenshi of the Dark Empire Yodonheim.

Powers and Abilities

• Tooth Decay: From his horn, Tooth Decay Jamen can shoot purple energy balls at his opponents' mouth that will give them a toothache, which will be removed if he is destroyed.
• Durability: He is able to resist any attacks from the opponents.
• Face Changing: Like Sumikae Jamen before him, Tooth Decay Jamen can change his facial expressions, which was shown when Shiguru was drilling through the top of his head with the Shiny Breaker.

Arsenal

• Numade (ヌマデ, Numade): Like the Bechats, he is armed with a rake-like staff for combat.
  • Energy Blasts: Tooth Decay Jamen can charge up the three barrels of his Numade with yellow energy possibly to fire energy blasts of the same color, but he never used it since he was stopped by Shiguru with Takamichi's Shiny Breaker.

Weaknesses

• Cavity Head Top : The top part of the Tooth Decay Jamen's head is his weak spot.
• Power Limit: There is a limit to his tooth decay ability, so every time he runs out of power, he has to go recharge it for a while.

• Tooth Decay Jamen is the first tooth-themed monster since Hamigakilar from Denshi Sentai Denziman.
  • He is also the first body part-themed monster of the Reiwa era.
• Tooth Decay Jamen's ability to cause the Kiramagers' tooth decay is similar to Debo Batissier's Cavity Beam.
  • Unlike Debo Batissier though (who only gained access to his Cavity Beam via a form change due to an outside source), Tooth Decay Jamen's ability was already available from the start.
• Tooth Decay Jamen is the first Gold Body Jamenshi not to have a Jamen Beast counterpart, and the third Jamenshi overall.
