Toome (トゥーミー Twūmī) is one of the many Daikaan of Space Shogunate Jark Matter who rule planet Earth.
History[]
On planet Earth, Toomes horde all of the birthday presents and decorations and dates as he and the Indavers celebrates his birthday in his lair. However, the Stealberry Light detects Balance's birthday. He then appeared back outside ready to open fire on Balance, but Naga Ray saved him, so he and the Indavers battled the Kyurangers.
He was then put on hold by Naga, but before the team can attack him, Madakko and Ikargen arrived by open firing on the Kyurangers, and battle the other Kyurangers. Once Balance save Naga from laser fire, he'd accidentally freed Toome from his hold and stole his Birthday after that he retreated back to his lair.
Back inside, Toome's alarms is going off so he sent the Indavers and the Space Ikadevil
to deal the intruders from taking back the birthday that he stole. However, Ikadevil was destroyed by the arrival of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid with Shishi Red's help.
Once they successfully infiltrated Toome's lair, Naga took all the birthday's back from Toome and freed all the caged birthday back to their owners. After that, the enraged Toome battles the team but was defeated by the All Star Crash.
However, he was enlarged by the Enlarge Inrō, only to be destroyed by the Kyuren-Oh's Happy Splash double beam attack.

- Stealberry Light (スティールベリーライト Suthīruberīraito): Gems on his head which can detect birthday or shoot Birthday Beam (オタンジョウビーム Otanjōbīmu) to steal others birthday.
- Cream Attack (クリームアタック Kurīmuattaku): He can spray cream from his mouth, turning himself into Whole Cake Flight Form (ホールケーキ飛行形態 Hōrukēki Hikōkeitai) to tackle the enemy.
