History

He shows up at the end of the episode to pick up his kid brother, to whom the elderly Tommy Oliver has been telling a story about the Zeo Rangers. He is suddenly interrupted by a call to deal with an unknown threat. Tommy tells the younger grandson that these calls run in the family.
