Tombstone Shadow (ボセキシャドー, Boseki Shadō) is a Shadow Monster that appears in Episode 39 of Ressha Sentai ToQger.

History

Tombstone Shadow has the ability to draw in darkness to create copies of slain Shadow using his Headstone Door (墓石系ドア Boseki-kei Doa). Because his abilities waste darkness, the Court of the Shadow Line deem him a dangerous loose cannon, and keep him imprisoned in a cell in Terminal Castle. In Episode 39, Madame Noir sets him free and tasks him with making mischief in order to create a distraction for her in order to get close to Emperor Z and free Grita. While free, he creates copies of Bag Shadow, Bomb Shadow, Ring Shadow and Bucket Shadow. When Baron Nero and Marchioness Morc discover he's free, and siphoning off the darkness of Terminal Castle, Morc goes out to deal with him personally, whereupon Tombstone Shadow confesses Noir having sent him. As she fights him, both inadvertently reveal their presence to the ToQgers. In a vain effort to save himself, he attempts to use Morc as a human shield, telling her, "Elders should go first," but she then throws him back into the path of the blast as she leaps out of the way. As a giant, he then creates copies of Fence Shadow, Jack-in-the-box Shadow, and Pin Spot Shadow to aid him, but they are all destroyed.
