Thomas "Tom" Hern is a New-Zealand actor and producer who portrayed Devin Del Valle in Power Rangers Dino Thunder.
Since the end of Dino Thunder, Hern has stayed close with co-star James Napier and continued to work with him on multiple film projects. Most recently, Hern was a producer for the films The Dark Horse and Joika, both which were written and directed by Napier.
