Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger with Tombo Ohger (特捜戦隊デカレンジャーｗｉｔｈトンボオージャー Tokusō Sentai Dekarenjā Uizu Tonbo Ōjā) is a TTFC-exclusive crossover special between Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger and Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.[1] In the special, Jasmine and Umeko help an amnesiac Yanma Gast.

In an April Fools' joke for 2024, the special was initially announced on the official Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club
Twitter account as its first ever romance drama "First Love Detective" (初恋刑事 Hatsukoi Keiji),[2], the title of the actual production was revealed the following day.
Synopsis[]
At Shin Neo DekaBase, Umeko listens to Ten Haretsuki as she shares her dream. Ten is a new member of the Dekarangers with the unique ability to foresee events through her dreams. In her dream, Ten witnesses Jasmine becoming close with a handsome young man, which confuses Umeko since Jasmine is married.
Plot[]
Tombo Ohger is injured and disoriented by an unseen assailant.
At Shin Neo DekaBase, Umeko listens to Ten Haretsuki as she shares her dream. Ten is a new member of the Dekarangers with the unique ability to foresee events through her dreams. In her dream, Ten witnesses Jasmine becoming close with a handsome young man, which confuses Umeko since Jasmine is married. Just as Jasmine enters the room, Doggie Kruger receives a report about an attractive Alienizer who has been apprehended for carrying illegal weapons in Area 9 of the Alien Special Zone.
The captured Alienizer turns out to be Yanma Gast, but he has lost his memory. Jasmine uses her special power by touching his hand and discovers that he is a king and the Blue Ranger of the Ohsama Sentai. Smitten with Jasmine, Yanma declares her as his first love. Doggie enters the interrogation room to inform them that another Alienizer is causing trouble in the same area where Yanma was found. The three officers transform into Dekarangers, and Yanma mimics their movements to transform into Tombo Ohger. Jasmine asks Doggie to allow them to bring Yanma along, and he grants permission.
In Area 9, Wogerajim wreaks havoc before the officers arrive. When the Rangers introduce themselves, Wogerajim recognizes Tombo Ohger and is surprised that he is still alive. It is revealed that Wogerajim was the one who injured Yanma and caused him to lose his memory. As Tombo Ohger struggles to recall his fighting skills, the Kaijim charges at him, but DekaYellow steps in and gets hit instead. Touched by Jasmine's selflessness, Yanma carries her away and suggests that she retire to avoid harm. Unimpressed, Jasmine headbutts the Blue Ranger, causing him to regain his memory. DekaYellow and Tombo Ohger team up, and together, their attacks defeat the monster, although he manages to escape. Yanma bids them farewell and sets off to pursue Wogerajim. Jasmine suggests that the judgment for the monster should be passed by King-Ohger's own judge.
Back at Shin Neo DekaBase, Doggie informs Umeko and Jasmine that Ten is being transferred to the planet Donbura to assist in capturing Inuzukkar, an infamous space criminal. As they bid tearful goodbyes, Ten shares a dream she had in which a plot against Earth involving serial bombings is being orchestrated. She also sees Umeko being shot in the dream but hesitates to reveal this to her friends.

- Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: Set sometime before the events of Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger 20th: Fireball Booster.[3]
- Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger: Set before episode 16, as evidenced by the presence of Wogerajim, and the allusion to his death at Rita’s hands in that episode.

- The special was produced in reference to the fact that Yanma's actor Aoto Watanabe had a crush on Marika when he was still a child.[7]
- At the end of the special, Doggie announced that Ten was being transferred to a "Planet Donbura" to assist in capturing a criminal named "Inuzuker" (イヌヅッカー Inudzukkā). This is a nod to Avataro Sentai Donbrothers and their own Tsubasa Inuzuka, who himself is a criminal.
