Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger 20th: Fireball Booster (特捜戦隊デカレンジャー20th ファイヤーボール・ブースター Tokusō Sentai Dekarenjā Tsuentiesu: Faiyābōru Būsutā) is a Japanese superhero V-Cinema film that serves to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger.

Plot
The movie starts when Special Police got their day off. In Tokyo, Sen and Umeko goes having lunch together at Jugatsu Tsuitachi restaurant at Asakusa. Umeko got message on her phone that the Dekarangers celebrated the 20th anniversary. As they leave the restaurant, Sen wonders to Umeko why the newbies leave the Earth Branch after she recalls when Ten Haretsuki leaves the Branch. Suddenly, the explosion occurs. As both Sen and Umeko rush to the site, they found Marple, a tiny alien, who was being hit by rubble. From the far, a mysterious female alien, Raenjo, is seen on the roof. Sen reports it to Doggie Kruger, who asks Hoji, Jasmine and Tetsu to the scene. Meanwhile, Sen and Umeko question Raenjo, but she only speaks in a alien language. After arriving at the scene, the Dekarangers trying to stop Raenjo. Raenjo then attacks the Dekarangers, but as she are about to escape, suddenly the Premier DekaRed arrives.
As Premier DekaRed goes into battle against Raenjo, she deflects the attacks. When the Dekarangers try to shoot Raenjo, she vanishes. Ban suddenly appears, causing the Dekarangers to become shocked, as it turns out that the Premier DekaRed was Rui Edogawa, Ban's junior. Umeko then takes Marple to the base. At the Dekarangers' base, Ban, Hoji, Sen and Tetsu touring around the new base. Ban recalls while at planet Chima, he and entire Fire Squad team (including Rui), trying to arrest Tarewarane, a narcotics king. After Tarewarane's deletion approved, Rui deletes him. But before his death, Tarewarane's plan to make the Earth into a narcotics plant should continue, even after his demise. During the meeting, Doggie told to the Dekarangers that Raenjo is actually Tarewarane's wife. Rui claims Raenjo arrives to the Earth to take revenge against deletion of her husband. After Swan arrives, she found out that the black powder, which was found after the explosion, was the bomb raw material. After goes his thinking pose, Sen asks Tetsu to go with him. Hoji and Jasmine goes to the planet Chima, but Jasmine says to go there has to fly using the spaceship, since she lost her ability to teleport. Ban, Rui and Umeko goes to the alien zone to find Raenjo.
At the alien zone, Ban, Rui and Umeko ask the locals about Raenjo, but none of them know her. Umeko found Marple who is hiding at a statue. Marple says he followed the smells. A female tour guide knows Raenjo's whereabouts after Rui asking to her. They follow to a hot spring bath. At the spring bath, Umeko followed Raenjo, who is staring at her daughter photo in her pendant. When Umeko asks Raenjo to look the pendant, but Raenjo won't give it. Once Raenjo's earrings flashes, she drowns Umeko and escapes.
Sen and Tetsu goes to Kochi to travel around. They meet up with the mayor, to Kochi Castle, going to Sunday market, goes to the aquarium, and looking for souvenirs. After Ban, Rui and Umeko finally found Raenjo, who is running away, Rui decided to chase after her. Suddenly, another explosion occurs. Rui was injured, and he fails to catch Raenjo. Meanwhile, Hoji and Jasmine arrives at planet Chima to find Raenjo's daughter, Rakamu. They were welcomed by a housewife, who later prevents them to meet with her. The housewife then prevents Hoji by attacking him like the cat. At the Dekarangers' base, Swan explains that the bombing occurred in two different places. Umeko claimed Raenjo is acting weirdly while bathing, but she can't explain it further. Rui suddenly became upset, as he can't deal with the case. At the street, Rui was followed by Marple, telling him that he want to take revenge against Raenjo.
At Makino Botanical Garden in Kochi, Sen and Tetsu meet with Mokumisu, a female garden curator. Upon introducing themselves that they are from Earth Branch, suddenly Mokumisu shows her true form as Ridomihan, and she attacks them with water, but they dodges. During the battle with Tetsu, Mokumisu says she came to the Earth in 1884, and claimed that the Space Police is attempting to kill her. Because of this, since then she hates the Space Police, but as she about to finish Tetsu, suddenly Sen stops the fighting by giving her the souvenirs. She says she lived in Kochi, causing Tetsu get shocked and she shows to them her tree legs. Mokumisu then takes Sen and Tetsu to the green tower where she analyze the Nehirumo space seeds after Sen found the small pieces from the meteorite. Meanwhile, Hoji and Jasmine were expelled from the house, as they have to find a way to rescue Rakamu. As Mokumisu analyses further the meteorite sample, it was revealed that the seed was for the narcotics plant named Nehirumo. They feared that if Nehirumo grows, it will turn the Earth into the world filled with the narcotics. Back to the Dekarangers' base, Swan found out that the next explosion is located at St. Mater Church, prompting Ban and Umeko to go there since Ban lost contact with Rui.
At St. Mater Church, Rui was followed by Marple to the inside to take revenge against her. Inside the church as Raenjo are in the altar, suddenly Rui confronts her. As Rui judges Raenjo for the two explosions, but his SP License doesn't working due to interference. Marple asks Rui to quickly delete Raenjo before she escapes, but he tells him that the deletion won't approved, therefore he can't delete her. Rui then takes out the gun in order to delete Raenjo anyway, as Ban and Umeko arrives in time to stop him. As Rui is about to shoot Raenjo, Umeko suddenly blocks him, accidentally firing it at her chest. As Umeko lays dying in Rui's hand, it turns out she survived, thanks to her bulletproof. Ban says Raenjo is actually from planet Yoshiwa, but she reveals her different anger and happiness than anyone. Hoji then arrives with telling that the actual criminal kidnaps Rakamu, who was Raenjo's daughter. Jasmine communicates with the Dekarangers through SP License, telling them that they rescued Rakamu. It turns out after Hoji and Jasmine found Rakamu was being held captive, the housewife asks Tarewarane's men to attack them, then they rescues her. Jasmine explains that Raenjo suffered violence from her husband, then she flees with her daughter, and leaked his actions to the Space Police. As a result, the Space Police then deletes Tarewarane during the raid. Raenjo was being forced into committing the crimes and the true criminal is actually kidnaps Rakamu. Hoji then shows the true criminal by shot to Marple, as he figures out that Marple was actually Rottomen after the housewife told to him and Ban figures out that Rottomen pretended as a tiny alien by assuming his form as Marple. Angered, Marple finally shows his true form as Rottomen. At that time, as Rottomen flees from Ban, he accused Raenjo for betraying Tarewarane and decided to kidnap her daughter, and she was forced to commit the crime by using the controlled red earrings if she want her daughter safe. Rottomen detonates the bomb and transforms into Marple, then hides while faking his injury inside the rubble before being found by Sen and Umeko. Then as Rui is chasing Raenjo, Marple is seen hiding in a gate to detonate the bomb, which was exploded. After these explosions, Ban telling that the explosion crater is filled with narcotics. Rottomen says he actually committed these crimes to execute Tarewarane's plan to make the Earth as the world with narcotics, then he escapes, with the Dekarangers goes into battle against him, but Rui evacuates Raenjo.
As Rottomen are about to escape, suddenly the Dekarangers blocks him, with Sen and Tetsu who have just returned from Kochi. Then they transforms into the Dekarangers. After doing their roll call, the Dekarangers then goes into battle against Anaroids and Batsuroids. Once they were defeated, Rottomen detonates the bomb at the church, causing the giant plant, Nehirumo, to grow from the crater (which was united by three different explosion site) and destroys the city. The Dekarangers went into battle against Nehirumo with Dekaranger Robo, while Ban battles against Rottomen alone as Hoji decided to return to the Dekarangers' base. Rottomen eventually overwhelms Ban, which causes him became defenseless, with Rui arrives. Hoji suddenly came to Doggie to take the D-Sword Vega to help Ban. As Rottomen are about to finish off Ban with the fireball, suddenly Hoji intervenes and slashes the fireball, saving him on time. Hoji asks Ban to take the sword to fight against Rottomen because he didn't want to lose him. As Rui are about to transform, but Ban instead takes his SP License, telling him that he had trying hard to train him to endure everything, and he asks Rui to saw him in action to prove that he still can fight 20 years later. Ban then transforms into Premier DekaRed and went into battle against Rottomen once again. Swan completes the virus vector to the Dekaranger Robo, which was used to destroy the Nehirumo. Once transferred, the Dekarangers thanked to Mokumisu, and they finish off the plant with Justice Murphy Flasher, completely destroys Nehirumo. Enraged after Nehirumo was destroyed, Ban is trying to hit Rottomen, but he slipped, causing the sword to stick into the ground. As the Dekarangers arrives for watching, Ban lifts the ground to hit Rottomen several times. Ban then judges Rottomen for organized crime with mass murdering, three counts of bombing, and violation of Space Narcotics and Psychotropics Control Law. After Rottomen's deletion approved, Ban eventually destroys him with Boost Slash finisher. All Rottomen can do is curse the police before being blown apart.
Once the battle was over, at the Dekarangers' base, Raenjo and Rakamu thanked to the Dekarangers for clearing her name. Raenjo bid farewell to them as she and her daughter leaves with the spaceship to return to their planet. Rui then gratefully praises the Dekarangers for their cooperation with him. Ban is very happy that they aren't changed, even 20 years.

Notes
- This movie marks Tomokazu Yoshida's first acting role since his retirement from the entertainment industry in 2018.
- The production of the film took place in Kochi Prefecture thanks to Tomokazu Yoshida's support, as he became a member of the city's regional revitalization cooperation team and is part of an effort to raise awareness and tourism.[6]
- The scene where Sen and Umeko eating together was filmed at Jugatsu Tsuitachi (十月一日), a real life bento box shop situated in Kochi, which is owned by Umeko's actress, Mika Kikuchi.
- Brandon Jay McLaren and Matt Austin, who portrayed Jack Landors/SPD Red Ranger and Bridge Carson/SPD Green Ranger respectively in Power Rangers S.P.D., had viewed the trailer for the film and expressed their interest in an S.P.D. reunion.[7][8]
