Toji Sakakibara (32, 33) is Hiro Sakakibara's grandfather.
As a result of the deaths of his son and daughter-in-law in a landslide to which he believes is the fault of the Ushi Origami, he has produced a Secret Disk that is designed to destroy the Ushi Origami. He feels guilty because he inspired his son to attempt to make a Secret Disk to control the Ushi Origami.

Toji Sakakibara was played by the late Tetsuo Morishita (森下 哲夫 Morishita Tetsuo), who previously portrayed Doctor Hinelar in Denji Sentai Megaranger.
