The Time Force Rangers are Rangers who protect the integrity of time. They followed the original timeline until the Morphin Grid separated the team's timeline to protect the timestream.
History
Having received Zordon's call through the Morphin Grid, the Quantum Ranger was among those who rallied to his pocket dimension for the final stand against Lord Drakkon,

As Time Force Pink, Jen Scotts followed her original timeline until the Shattered Grid event. Along with the Time Force Rangers, she encounters a disturbance in the Morphin Grid and space-time. She alone appears to survive. She then works with the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to battle Lord Drakkon. Thankfully she is not the only surviving Time Force Ranger, Eric also survived due to being in his previous last location prior being summoned by Zordon’s signals.

As Time Force Red, Wes Collins followed his original timeline until the Shattered Grid event. He ensures Jen Scotts survives their encounter with the time disturbance but was never seen escaping from the Time Force Megazord when it exploded. Still, it is unclear if he died in the blast or not.

As Time Force Blue, Lucas Kendall followed his original timeline until the Shattered Grid event. He encounters a time disturbance with the Time Force and doesn't appear to make it out alive.

As the Quantum Ranger, Eric Myers followed his original timeline until the Shattered Grid event. In his own timeline, Quantum Ranger eventually received Zordon's call through the Morphin Grid and was among numerous Rangers who rallied to his pocket dimension for the last stand against Lord Drakkon, reuniting with Jen.
