Thresher is a friend of Piggy's who aligns himself with his buddy Stench to steal S.P.D. technology.

History

Thresher pilots a giant robot against the Deltamax Megazord to distract the Rangers, but is captured. While being brought in, Stench helps him escape, and he gets a new armor created using stolen S.P.D. technology. He is eventually stopped by the Power Rangers using S.W.A.T. Mode.
