Thousanian Gineka (サウザン星人ギネーカ Sauzan Seijin Ginēka, 34):
History[]

A profligate son who has command over Handorean Decho and Tentean Siroger. His father is a member of the American government, making Gineka so confident and arrogant that he became an Alienizer. Gineka and his friends play a demented game where they compete for thier own amusement to see which out of the three of them can kill the most people with Gineka in the lead. He and his flunkies meet Senichi and Koume outside a restaurant and is recognized due to his father's high ranking status but they soon leave when he denies seeing any criminals. However, Agent Abrella then arrives and pays them with a very rare brand of alcohol to destroy Megaopolis. Much later, they lurk in the sewers and shoot Chanbenarian Gin (who they had marked to kill) with Gineka taking pleasure in his 457th kill. Senichi (having accompanied Gin) transforms and judges them for murdering 456 countless innocents in their sick game.
The three main rich aliens: Gineka, Decho and Siroger
Although they are found guilty, Gineka is confident that his father will overturn the ruling but soon has to escape with his friends to thier Heavy Industrial Machines under the cover of Igaroids when the other Dekarangers arrive. Gineka pilots Heavy Industrial Machine Million Missile in an attempt to destroy the city but the Dekarangers gain access to their Patrol Wings so Gineka makes them the targets in exchange for one hundred wives. However, after his friends are destroyed by DekaWing Robo's Patrol Magnums, Gineka turns Million Missile into jet mode and tries to escape. However, he is the first deleted by the DekaWing Cannon and its Final Buster though he has to be taken into space first or the anti-gravity energy Million Missile uses would rip apart the Earth. In spite of claiming Gin to be his 457th kill, Gin ends up surviving his wound due to his species' amazing heavily abilities.
Personality[]
Gineka was arrogant and cruel believing that thanks to his connections to his father, he was unsumountable.
Because of his spoiled, wealthy lifestyle, he saw those below him whether they be normal or poor people as expendable. Even to the point of wanting to get rid of them in a “game” where he hunts them to satisfy the boredom of him and his followers.
