The Omnipotent God is the true leader of Machine Empire Black Magma and Führer Hell Saturn's ultimate master. He communicated with Hell Saturn mostly through an idol though was later revealed to be a very powerful living brain at the end of the series.

Notes

A later Power Rangers villain, Omni, may have been based off of him.
