Tetsunosuke Saika XXII (二十二代目 雑賀 鉄之助 Nijūni-daime Saika Tetsunosuke) is a karakuri technician who can create and repair the Ninningers' equipment and Otomonin. He resides at the Shishi Temple. His father, Tetsunosuke Saika XXI, created the Otomonin together with Yoshitaka.
History[]
After Advanced Yokai Nue severely damaged the Ninningers' equipment, they decide to seek out Tetsunosuke Saika, who was listed in Yoshitaka Igasaki's autobiography as the world's best karakuri technician as well as a creator of the Otomonin together with Yoshitaka. Along the way to Shishi Temple, they ran into a weird old man who led them to think he was Tetsunosuke Saika, mocking the Ninningers and refusing to fix their equipment. Eventually the real Tetsunosuke Saika the 22nd reveals himself, having fixed their equipment behind the scenes, while the old man was revealed to be Shishi-Oh, the human spirit of Lion Ha-Oh, which resides near the temple.

Hoping for Shishi-Oh to find a suitable partner, he decides to trick Takaharu into a short test of values while the other Ninningers head off to fight Nue, teaching him the importance of comradery and bringing out everyone's best, something that would allow Shishi-Oh to live as he pleases instead of being forced into secrecy by the ways of the Last Ninja. He then entrusts Takaharu with his first original creation, the Chozetsu Shoubu Changer, which allowed Akaninger to assume Akaninger Chouzetsu form, as well as Lion Ha-Oh, who finally decides to lend his aid to the Ninningers.
Feeling reassured that Lion Ha-Oh is now in good hands, he advises Yoshitaka not to dwell on his past mistake and look forward to the Ninningers' potential before taking his leave. TV STORY-Shinobi 20: The Chozetsu! Lion Ha-Oh
Soon after, Tetsunosuke created the Super Combination Nin Shuriken, which he delivered to the Ninningers. After they eventually earned Shishi-Oh's approval, the Ninningers were able to combine Shurikenjin and BisonKing with Lion Ha-Ojo into the colossal Ha-Oh Shurikenjin.
