This Penguin Juto (ペンギン
History[]
Terasaki was originally a member of the Don Clan who let himself be transformed into a Penguin Juto a hundred years ago as a means to become an all-powerful, unkillable warrior. After he had transformed into a Penguin Juto, he had became the guardian of the Forest of Slumber's secret portal with the task of keeping his fellow Juto confined in said forest as well as preventing any humans from entering said forest. At some point in the past, as he was carrying out his assigned duties, he became a police officer who worked at the Kaga Village's police station. However, 21 years ago, he found Jiro as a baby and had raised him as his adoptive parent. Terasaki actually had the power to project realistic hallucinations to specifically targeted people. In other words, Rumi, all of Jiro's village friends and all of the residents of Kaguo Village (excluding Jiro and Terasaki themselves) were actually fictitious characters that had been created by Terasaki so that he could manipulate Jiro.
Unlike the Cat Juto who only cared about doing whatever they want, he takes his duties as being the guardian of the Forest of Slumber's secret portal seriously due to himself wanting to fulfill his responsibility as a member of the clan who had created the Juto in the first place. Not only that, Terasaki, while he is, technically, still immortal, was no longer invincible due to his physical decline. This is because the real human who had been serving as the template of his disguise was currently dying as a result of old age which had, in turn, gave Terasaki himself a short life expectancy. His declining health was so bad that it got to the point where he had simply requested to both Taro and Tsubasa to massage his waist and legs. His purpose was to raise Jiro to be the next guardian of the Juto forest's secret portal in that once Jiro has been deemed ready by him, he plans to have Jiro himself serve as the source of his replacement disguise template so that he could restore his declining invincibility and lifespan in order for him to continue carrying out his duties as the guardian of the Juto Forest's secret portal.

This Juto is a Strength 'S' type that folds the Penguin origami. As a Strength 'S' Type Juto, he is the strongest type of Juto as well as being the administrator of The Forest of Slumber.

- Invulnerability: The Penguin Juto is immune to any attacks
- Origami Manipulation: The Penguin Juto is able to use origamis to place its target host in a deep sleep.
- Illusions: The Penguin Juto has the power to project as many realistic hallucinations as he can conjure up in order to manipulate specific people of his choosing.

- Don Murasame: Due to the aforementioned warrior's similar nature as an artificial lifeform, the Penguin Juto would receive real damage from him. Not only that, the warrior himself is the only person who could actually destroy it.
- Life Link to Original Human: As revealed by Miho Kijino, once a Juto disguises itself as a human of its choosing, its life will become connected to the real human that it had disguised itself as. Thus, when Terasaki is destroyed, the real policeman who served as the template for his disguise will be killed as well. In addition to that, even though the human in question has been rendered unconscious and is being restrained in the Forest of Slumber, the aforementioned original human still continues to age normally. As a result, the Juto itself had died once the real policeman himself had finally passed away due to old age.
