- "It's so noisy! All of you... why?! Why are you distracting my studies?!"
- ―Tamaru's words before being turned into a Hitotsuki[src]
Tamaru (田丸 ) is a student who turns into a big cat/Kung Fu-themed Hitotsuki called Jukenki (獣拳鬼 Jūkenki, lit. Beast-Fist Demon)[1], possessing a Gekiranger Avataro Gear, out of his desire for learn the constitution without any noise. He later evolves into Jukenking (獣拳鬼ング Jūkenkingu).
History[]
At a cafe, Tamaru is trying to study for an exam, only to have the noise of the surrounding customers and employees increase his stress as he cannot concentrate. The waitress bringing his cup of coffee and the clatter of the chinaware setting on the table causes Tamaru to snap, screaming that he wishes everyone would be quiet. The stress and desire for silence turns Tamaru into Jukenki, who attacks the cafe. Tsubasa is teleported to the location of Jukenki along with Tsuyoshi, Haruka and Shinichi. Jukenki becomes even more agitated when Taro makes his bombastic grand entrance and blasts Tsubasa with a Gekiwaza style technique, sending him flying into the air. The others are too focused on chasing the fleeing Jukenki despite Tsuyoshi being worried about Tsubasa.
The next day, Jukenki appears and attacks Tsubasa and Miho because Tsubasa was making affectionate puppy noises. The blast knocks Tsubasa out of Miho’s arms and he then gets up and uses his weapons to drive Jukenki away, who cannot stand the sounds of gunfire and the shuriken crashing into him.
Jukenki runs into an open field where four of the Donbrothers surround him. Shinichi notices that they are one member short, but Taro thinks they can take Jukenki on their own without Inu Brother. The team matches the Hitotsuki’s Gekiranger power with a Dairanger Avatar Change, using the Dairinkens in combat.
Jiro arrives to help, driven by his friend’s encouragement to be stronger, only for something strange to happen as Dangerous Jiro splits into a separate body from Jiro. With both now fully aware of each other, Dangerous Jiro criticizes his good half’s admiration of Taro, believing it holds back their potential to be strong and surpass him. Jiro can feel all of Dangerous’s hate for Taro, but asks him to put that aside for now as he needs his help. Both Avatar Change into Don Doragoku and Don Torabolt and then after a short fight with Jukenki, unlock their Robotaro Gears to become Robogoku and Robobolt.
While both fight Jukenki, Robobolt’s wild nature wasn’t above unleashing friendly fire upon Robogoku to hit its target or clashing with him at times. The two fire powerful energy blasts to finish Jukenki, who becomes Jukenking. Jiro commands that they combine but Dangerous Jiro isn’t a willing participant and fusses a bit after being caged as the combined Toradragonjin, until Jiro persuades his other half to settle down. The Donbrothers are amazed at the new robot, but concerned about where its loyalty is. Their concerns are put to rest as the two giants engage in a Chinese style kung fu brawl. The fight turns in Jiro’s favor as he uses a platform to outpace Jukenking, despite the latter trying to use his swiped sword. Jiro then unleashes the Dragon-Tiger Art: Jiro’s Hurricane attack to defeat Jukenking. Jiro celebrates his first victory with his new robot. TV STORY-Don 23: Dog Becomes a Dog
