Though it is not sure, I believe that Goseiger's placement took place before Epic 17 due to the absence of Gosei Knight and obviously before they got other arsenals since they debut with their signature weapons as well as their personal headders. They are known as "amateur" or rather "in-training" at that time but it seems but they got enough skills to drive off Akumaro Sujigarano, Dayu Usukawa, and Juzo Fuwa. In other words, it probably took place after Epic 2 when Gosei Blue contacted Master Head that they would stay on Earth and that is when they would show up in this crossover.
