Taichi Izawa (井沢 太一 Izawa Taichi) is an old man whose childlike aspect manifested into a cheetah-themed Hitotsuki called Tokumeiki (特命鬼 Tokumeiki), possessing a Go-Busters Avataro Gear, out of his desire to play with everyone.
History
Young Taichi changing into Tokumeiki
During his childhood, Taichi is bullied by his fellow children for his appearance, going as far as to not play with him. This event caused trauma that he seem to carry even on his own age. As he is sick on a hospital bed, he wishes to play with everyone. His childlike desire to play games with everyone is so strong that it manifest as Tokumeiki who is capable to transform into a younger version of himself. Tokumeiki would wander around and ''play'' Daruma-san ga korondo and Tag with everyone, unaware on his destructive abilities and annoyed that his ''playmates'' not understanding the rules of the game.
The Donbrothers encounter Tokumeiki, confused on the Hitotsuki's childlike demeanor. When the sick Taro arrives and fail to finish him off, the annoyed and bored Tokumeiki runs off to find a new place to play. He would later start an another game where he is able to easily win against the pissed off InuBrother and the worried KijiBrother on a game of Daruma. He would find more ''players'' to play with, changing his game to tag. In that game, SaruBrother is tagged by Tokumeiki as the trio rescue the civilians that are forced to play with him.
Kaito later arrives and personally delivers the 300 kibi dango to Taro. He later transform into Zenkaizer Black to buy some time by fighting Tokumeiki so Taro can finish his food, much to their shock. After Taro regain his strength, he fight Tokumeiki to no avail before challenging him on a game of Daruma, much to the joy of Tokumeiki that he summoned Anoni to join them in their game. He would regain his full strength thanks to Haruka as he become Don Robotaro, effectively defeat the Anoni and later on, the teleporting Hitotsuki. The now purified spirit of Taichi's childlike nature thanks them before returning to now relieved Taichi who is now having a good dream, much to the relief of the nurses nearby. Meanwhile, Zenkaizer Black catch the falling Go-Busters Avataro Gear and all the disappeared people and Donbrothers return back where they were.

Personality
While not much is known about Taichi, he seem to be a friendly and frail man. As Tokumeiki’, he is a childlike fellow who is playful, playing with everyone and unaware of his action. Like a child, he can be easily annoyed and bored. He is willing to play that he summon the local Anoni to play with him and Taro. While oblivious to his action, he is a good sport as he praises Taro when the latter manages to successfully tag him.

Powers
- Spirit Form: Due to Taichi's desire separating from his body, Tokumeiki is able to transform from a form similar to Taichi's appearance as a child.
- Intangibility: As he is the spirit of Taichi's desire, Tokumeiki's body is non-corporeal and most physical attacks can pass through him
- Super Speed: Tokumeiki is able to run fast with a booster on his back, enabling him to swiftly tag anyone.
- Energy Tendrils: Tokumeiki is able to produce energy tentacles which he can use to tag anyone at long range.
- Teleportation: Tokumeiki is able to teleport himself to everywhere so he can catch his enemy off guard.
- Anoni Summoning: Tokumeiki is able to summon Anoni to assist him in battle.
Abilities
- Gaming Proficiency: Tokumeiki is good at playing games such as Daruma-san ga koronda and Tag, both can result to the losing player's elimation and disappearance. When defeated, the disappeared players are freed.
Weaknesses
- Intangibility Limitation: While most attacks can pass through, Taro can bypass this using a finisher while on his Robotaro form.

Portrayal
Taichi Izawa is portrayed by Bunmei Harada (原田 文明 Harada Bunmei). As a child, he is portrayed by Ouga Tsukao (塚尾 桜雅 Tsukao Ōuga), who also voiced Tokumeiki.
Design
- Tokumeiki's design has the face of a cheetah, and a shades-like visor across the chest, which references Red Buster and Cheeda Nick.
Etymology
- "Tokumei" is Japanese for "Special Operations" and refers to Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters.
Notes
- Skin Name: Buddy Cheetah (バッディーなチーター Baddīna Chītā)
- Tokumeiki's super speed ability is a reference to Red Buster's special ability. Additionally, his game requires his victims to stand still, harkening back to Hiromu Sakurada's weakpoint.[1]
- Tokumeiki is the first Hitosuki to directly summon the Anoni into battle as previous Hitosuki had their Anoni appear as a result of their appearance, not directly called upon to aid them.
- Tokumeiki's skin name is a reference to Cheeda Nick and Buddy Roids.
