The T-Rex Champion Zord is the T-Rex based Zord of the Dino Fury Red Ranger in Power Rangers Dino Fury.[1]
Overview
The T-Rex Champion Zord resembles a mechanical Tyrannosaurus Rex. It has shoulder-mounted drill weapons and laser guns. The T-Rex Champion Zord is able to shoot out an orange-colored laser beam from its mouth.

History
The T-Rex Champion Zord made a brief cameo appearance during Zayto's flashback in the first episode, alongside the rest of the Zords.
The T-Rex Champion Zord later helped the Rangers defeat Shockhorn, with Zayto piloting the Zord to finish the fight.
T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode

The T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode is the Battle Mode of the T-Rex Champion Zord in Power Rangers Dino Fury. The Zord can transform into a more agile form for quicker mobility. The Zord's Battle Mode is humanoid in appearance and is equipped with drill turrets on its shoulders and laser guns on its wrists. It is mostly red and yellow in coloration. The T-Rex Champion Zord's primary attacks include the T-Rex Barrage (rapid-fire laser blasts launched from the Zord's wrist blasters) and the Tail Lash (where the Zord attaches its tail to its left forearm and uses it as a whip).
The Battle Mode's finisher, the T-Rex Champion Chomp, has the Zord combine the T-Rex head on its chest with its shoulder drills and one of its wrist blasters to form the T-Rex Fist and attach it to its right forearm before using it to deliver a devastating bite attack.

The Dino Fury Megazord is the Dino Fury Rangers' personal Megazord. It combines the T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode with the Tricera Blade Zord, Ankylo Hammer Zord, and the Red Dino Fury Key.
The Dino Fury Megazord's finisher is the Mega Slash, which has the Megazord deliver a powerful energy slash from its arm blade.

Dino Fury Megazord Claw Formation

The Dino Fury Megazord Claw Formation is the combination of the Dino Fury Megazord, Tiger Claw Zord, and the Green Dino Fury Key. It wields a lance as its weapon and moves quickly enough to overwhelm the very fast Brineblast. It also possesses a Jet Boost where the Tiger Claw Zord's rocket parts on its legs and forearms ignite, allowing it to race forward enough for Brineblast to be unable to hit it.
Its finisher is the Tiger Mega Slash where it charges green energy into its lance and jumps into the air slightly before performing a devastating diagonal slash from top left to bottom right that slices into the Sporix Beast and instantly defeats it.

Dino Fury Megazord Hammer Formation

The Dino Fury Megazord Hammer Formation is a reconfiguration of the three primary Zords. The Ankylo Hammer Zord provides armor for the Dino Fury Megazord with the Pink Dino Fury Key forming the head. It wields a hammer mounted on its left arm as its weapon and utilizes brute force in combat.
Its finisher is the Mega Hammer Slam where it amplifies its hammer's size and smashes the Sporix Beast, defeating it instantly.

Dino Fury Megazord Spike Formation

The Dino Fury Megazord Spike Formation is the combination of the Dino Fury Megazord, Stego Spike Zord, and the Black Dino Fury Key. It wields two maces formed from the Stego Spike Zord's legs as its weapons and possesses more than enough power to overwhelm Boomtower. It can also use its maces in a frontal push-out thrust manner to clobber its foes and place them together to form an indestructible shield. In terms of ranged attacks, it can fire a barrage of Mega Spikes from its armor strong enough to stop Boomtower from using his Boom Blast attack. It is also amazingly strong, picking Boomtower up over its head and throwing him several miles.
Its finisher is the Stego Mega Punches where it charges its maces and releases multiple purple energy bursts from them in frontal push-out thrusts, defeating the Sporix Beast instantly. This was strong enough to cripple Boomtower.

Dino Fury Megazord Blade Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Blade Formation is a reconfiguration of the three primary Zords. The Tricera Blade Zord provides armor for the Dino Fury Megazord with the Blue Dino Fury Key forming the head. It retains its arm blade from its original formation and focuses its attacks more with it to fight off its opponents.[2]
Its finisher is the Mega Slash where it charges its blade with blue electricity and stabs the Sporix Beast, defeating it.

Dino Fury Key
The Red Dino Fury Key is the personal Dino Fury Key of the T-Rex Champion Zord, used by the Dino Fury Red Ranger.
Notes
- The T-Rex Champion Zord is the first dinosaur-themed Zord of a core Ranger that can transform into Battle Mode.
- It is also the second Zord to have a battle mode after the Racer Zord from Power Rangers Beast Morphers.
- There were two separate zords capable of transforming from dinosaur-themed forms, but belonged to sixth rangers.
- Just like its Sentai counterpart, the Dino Fury Megazord has similar aspects of past Megazords.
- Its formation is similar to both the Thunder Megazord and the Beast-X Megazord as like them, the Red Rangers' Zord turns into a more nimble fighter before the other Rangers' Zords converge onto it to form armor.
- Its formation is also similar to the Dino Charge Megazord as like it, the T-Rex Champion Zord is able to use the other three Zords to make various armaments.
- The T-Rex Champion Zord is the second Tyrannosaurus-themed Zord whose Sentai counterpart can speak after Tyrannozord from Power Rangers Dino Thunder.
- The cockpit has a similar design to Dino Charge and Ninja Steel.
- Interestingly, they use the Cockpit Control Sword for their Megazord finisher (Dino Super Drive Saber, Ninja Master Blade and Mega Fury Saber).
- Unlike Dino Charge and Ninja Steel, the Rangers do not need a cockpit mode to control the Megazord.
