Overview
The T-Rex Champion Zord resembles a mechanical Tyrannosaurus Rex. It has shoulder-mounted drill weapons and laser guns. The T-Rex Champion Zord is able to shoot out an orange-colored laser beam from its mouth.

History
The T-Rex Champion Zord made a brief cameo appearance during Zayto's flashback in the first episode, alongside the rest of the Zords.
The T-Rex Champion Zord later helped the Rangers defeat Shockhorn, with Zayto piloting the Zord to finish the fight.

The T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode is the Battle Mode of the T-Rex Champion Zord in Power Rangers Dino Fury. The Zord can transform into a more agile form for quicker mobility. The Zord's Battle Mode is humanoid in appearance and is equipped with drill turrets on its shoulders and laser guns on its wrists. It is mostly red and yellow in coloration. The T-Rex Champion Zord's primary attacks include the T-Rex Barrage (rapid-fire laser blasts launched from the Zord's wrist blasters) and the Tail Lash (where the Zord attaches its tail to its left forearm and uses it as a whip).
The Battle Mode's finisher is the T-Rex Champion Chomp where it combines the T-Rex Champion Zord's head on its chest with its shoulder drills and one of its wrist blasters to form the T-Rex Fist and attach it to its right forearm before using it to deliver a devastating bite attack.

The Dino Fury Megazord is the Dino Fury Rangers' personal Megazord. It combines the T-Rex Champion Zord Battle Mode with the Tricera Blade Zord, Ankylo Hammer Zord, and the T-Rex Dino Key. The Megazord can swap its weapon parts to equip its blade and both drills on its legs for a slashing kick or the T-Rex Champion Zord's drills on its knees.
The Dino Fury Megazord's finisher is the Mega Slash, where it delivers a powerful energy slash from its arm blade.

Dino Fury Megazord Claw Formation

The Dino Fury Megazord Claw Formation is the combination of the Dino Fury Megazord, Tiger Claw Zord, and the Tiger Dino Key. It wields the Tiger Claw Zord's lance as its weapon and moves quickly enough to overwhelm the very fast Brineblast. It also possesses a Jet Boost where the Tiger Claw Zord's rocket parts on its legs and forearms ignite, allowing it to race forward enough for Brineblast to be unable to hit it.
Its finisher is the Tiger Mega Slash where it charges green energy into its lance and jumps into the air slightly before performing a devastating diagonal slash from top left to bottom right that slices into the Sporix Beast and instantly defeats it.

Dino Fury Megazord Hammer Formation

The Dino Fury Megazord Hammer Formation is a reconfiguration of the three primary Zords. The Ankylo Hammer Zord provides armor for the Dino Fury Megazord with the Ankylo Dino Key forming the head. It wields a hammer mounted on its left arm formed from the Ankylo Hammer Zord's lower body and one of the T-Rex Champion Zord's drills and guns and utilizes brute force in combat.
Its finisher is the Mega Hammer Slam where it amplifies its hammer's size and smashes the Sporix Beast, defeating it instantly.

Dino Fury Megazord Spike Formation

The Dino Fury Megazord Spike Formation is the combination of the Dino Fury Megazord, Stego Spike Zord, and the Stego Dino Key. It wields two maces formed from the Stego Spike Zord's legs as its weapons and possesses more than enough power to overwhelm Boomtower. It can also use its maces in a frontal push-out thrust manner to clobber its foes and place them together to form an indestructible shield. In terms of ranged attacks, it can fire a barrage of Mega Spikes from its armor strong enough to stop Boomtower from using his Boom Blast attack. It is also amazingly strong, picking Boomtower up over its head and throwing him several miles.
Its finisher is the Stego Mega Punches where it charges its maces and releases multiple purple energy bursts from them in frontal push-out thrusts, defeating the Sporix Beast instantly. This was strong enough to cripple Boomtower.

Dino Fury Megazord Blade Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Blade Formation is a reconfiguration of the three primary Zords. The Tricera Blade Zord provides armor for the Dino Fury Megazord with the Tricera Dino Key forming the head. It retains its arm blade from its original formation and focuses its attacks more with it to fight off its opponents.[2]
Its finisher is the Mega Slash where it charges the blades on its arm and chest with blue electricity and extend them to stab the Sporix Beast, defeating it. Another variation of this attack is the Double Mega Slash where it uses its electrified blades to stab two Sporix Beasts.

Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation
The Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation is the combined Megazord form of the T-Rex Champion Zord, Tricera Blade Zord, Ankylo Hammer Zord, Tiger Claw Zord, Stego Spike Zord, and the T-Rex Dino Key. It consists of the T-Rex Champion Zord's default Megazord formation, the front half of the Tricera Blade Zord & the right turret on the right shoulder, the front half of the Ankylo Hammer Zord with the left turret on the left shoulder, the Tiger Claw Zord's upper body, one of its shield plates, tail, & lance, the Stego Spike Zord's tail with the T-Rex Champion Zord's drills on each side, a shield formed from the Stego Spike Zord's left mace, back spines & the T-Rex Champion Zord's head, and the T-Rex Dino Key as the head after the Tricera, Ankylo, Tiger, and Stego Dino Keys merge with it.[3]
The Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation's basic attacks include the Bite Blast (a red-orange lightning or flame-like energy burst that is released from the T-Rex Champion Zord's mouth), Double Dino Slash (a blue and green dual energy slash) or Tiger Slash (a single green energy slash), Ankylo Blast (a pink laser beam that is shot out of the cannon on the Ankylo Hammer Zord), and Stego Drill (a violet tri-drill attack).
Its finisher is the Dino Mega Slash, where it spawns manifestations of the Dino Fury Megazord Blade Formation, Hammer Formation, Claw Formation, and Spike Formation and unleashes multiple energy slashes of their respective colors (consisting of a yellow, green, pink, blue, and red slash) at the Sporix Beast, instantly defeating it. A variation of this attack exists where it jumps in the air and thrusts its lance down to pierce the Sporix Beast with blue electricity released from its lance. Its other finisher is the Dino Mega Blast, where it fires red, blue, pink, green, and yellow laser beams from the main Zord components (shoulders, weapons, and chest).

The Dino Fury Megazord Fortress Formation is a tank-like alternate form of Dino Fury Megazord.

T-Rex Blazing Megazord
The T-Rex Blazing Megazord is the combination of the T-Rex Champion Zord, Dimetro Blazing Zord, and the Blazing Dino Key. It uses the Dimetro Blazing Zord's sail and tail blade as a fan and sword respectively and gains fire-based abilities. Some of its attacks include the Blazing Barrage (strong streams of flame released from its shoulder-mounted cannons) and the Blazing Mega Blast (strong jets of scalding heat released from its fan and sword).
Its finisher is the Blazing Mega Strike where it performs flame-based energy slashes with its blade that completely defeats the Sporix Beast.

Fusion Ultrazord
The Fusion Ultrazord is the combination of the T-Rex Champion Zord, Dimetro Blazing Zord, Mosa Razor Zord, and the T-Rex Dino Key. It wields the T-Rex Fist on its left arm and the Mosa Fist on its right arm and utilizes fire, water, and lightning abilities. Its attacks are the Ultra Kick (powerful blue lightning-charged spin kicks) and the Ultra Barrage (swirling flame-like hurricane blasts released from its shoulder-mounted cannons).
Its finisher is the Fusion Ultra Strike where it charges the Mosa Fist with blue lightning and the T-Rex Fist with fire to deliver chomping energy punches that defeat the Sporix Beast. A variation exists where the Sporix Beast is sprayed with scalding water from the Mosa Fist before being chomped by a greatly enlarged T-Rex Fist.

T-Rex Cosmic Megazord
The T-Rex Cosmic Megazord is the combination of the T-Rex Champion Zord, Shadow Raptor Zord, Light Raptor Zord, and the Cosmic Dino Key. It wields the Shadow Raptor Zord's tail gun and the Light Raptor Zord's tail blade as its weapons and gains cosmic-based abilities. Its attacks are the Cosmic Gateway (a portal fired from its gun), Light Blast (an energy slash of pure light released from its sword), and the Shadow Blast (an energy blast of pure darkness fired from its gun).
Its finisher is the Cosmic Gateway Strike where it gathers cosmic energy into its gun to fire a black hole followed by a light energy slash from its sword that engulfs the Sporix Beast and defeats it.

Dino Fury Key
The T-Rex Dino Key is the personal Dino Fury Key of the T-Rex Champion Zord, used by the Dino Fury Red Ranger.
Notes
- In the original footage of the Zord breaking out of the rock, the cannons are on its thighs instead of its back.
- Power Rangers Showrunner Simon Bennett tweeted that the reason Hasbro did not make a smaller version of the T-Rex Champion Zord is because the suit itself is too big, heavy, and difficult to work with on set.[4]
