Sword Brain (ケンヅノー Ken Zunō) is a samurai-themed Brain Beast of the Armed Brain Army Volt.
History[]
A samurai-theme monster whose blade is made of Giga Metal, send with Kemp to show the invincible qualities behind the metal. After almost killing Yusuke, the monster fights him again when Kemp holds Megumi hostage. However, Colon's interference saves Yusuke who manages to beat this monster before being him with the Biomotion Buster. Reformed into a giant by Gash, this monster was destroyed by the Live Robo.
Despite its defeat, the test of the new metal in its sword was successful, allowing Volt to further their "Giga Project".

- Enhanced Jumping: Sword Brain is able to leap over great distances.

- Swordsmanship: True to his name, Sword Brain is a skilled warrior when it comes to swordplay.

- Giga Metal Sword: Per his task, Sword Brain was given a special katana-like sword made of Giga Metal to test out, the sword was sharp enough to cleave through anything, it was eventually destroyed along with Sword Brain after being beaten by Live Robo. Before it's destruction, a copy of the sword was made and wielded by Kemp.
- Energy Reflection: The blade of the Giga Metal Sword is able to reflect energy back at its source, such as a laser blast from the Liblaster.
