The Transformation I.D. Swan License (変換ID スワンライセンス, Henkan ID suwanraisensu) is used by Cignian Swan Shiratori to change into DekaSwan. Her change command is "Emergency, DekaSwan!"
At the climax of the Legend War, the Swan License was made redundant when DekaSwan sacrificed her powers with the rest of the first 34 Super Sentai to destroy the invasion force of the Space Empire Zangyack. Resurfacing a Ranger Key, the power of DekaSwan would be used by the Gokaigers to assume the form via the Gokai Change. Ultimately, the Gokaigers returned their borrowed powers to their rightful owners after overthrowing Zangyack.
In 10 Years After, Swan-san uses her Swan License to scan the commatose Doggie to discover the truth about Doggie, being a witness to the murder of Carrie's father by Kight Reidlich, who also disguises as Doggie in order to frame the real Doggie being accused of murdering Carrie's father.
