Surprise Box World (ビックリバコワルド Bikkuri Bako Warudo, 36) is a jack-in-a-box themed World from the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo who was created from the Bikkuribako Tojiru Gear that contained Bikkuribakotopia. After his death, his Tojiru Gear lasted another life by reforming a Kudaitest into Great Surprise Box World.
History[]
In town, Surprise Box World used this ability to fire at a couple of objects where each one has a different surprise has been popping out of random stuff but was spotted by Vroon and Magine.
The rest of the team showed up when they spotted Surprise Box World who was very surprise that his Tojiru Gear only makes surprises. This gives him the opportunity as he fired at the teams Geartlinger as the pop open with joke gears rendering the closing portion impossible and to keep them busy, he summoned a couple of Kudakks while he goes somewhere else to cause trouble. However, he was spotted by Zocks as he used the Goseiger Sentai Gear as he transformed into a Groundion Headder and took the Surprise Box World.
Later in warehouse, Surprise Box world got tortured by the World Pirates to lure out Hakaizer. He tries to explain to the World Pirates that Hakaizer's back with Izirude, but they didn't care as they began to tickle the prankster with paintbrushes and a very long feather duster. However, the World Pirates have fallen to Tojitendo's scheme of capturing the Zenkaigers as Barashitara showed up and commands Surprise Box World to show his real powers and summons a couple of dangerous stuff as it began attacking the World Pirates within the warehouse. With his true powers now revealed, the danger of the pranks has been spread across town causing mayhem to civilians. Back at the warehouse, the World Pirates tried to flee the building where they nearly survive the attacks. Zocks was about to transform but the Surprise Box World fired his laser at the Geardalinger preventing him from transforming and a boxer came out from a cabinet and knocked Flint, followed by one of the rockets that was fired by Barashitara.
Later, Zocks is having trouble and they sent Zocks down sprawling onto the ground. However, the Zenkaigers arrived but the Surprise Box World has pointed out that he pranked their transformation devices, but with a bit of teamwork they manage to close the lid on their transformation devices as they transform. After that, the battle was on.
While Zocks and Kaito holds off both Barashitara and the Surprise Box World at bay, the rest of the Zenkaigers used the GoGo V Sentai Gear as they perform professional rescue techniques and save Flint from the burning building. Later, Hakaizer, now fully brainwashed, came a bit late as he spots both Kaito and Zocks in their super forms. Once the rescue operation was success, Juran, Gaon, Magine and Vroon battles against the Surprise Box World while Kaito battle against Hakaizer right after he lends the Zenryoku Zenkai Cannon to Juran. With the Surprise Box World weakened enough, he was then destroyed by the Zenryoku Zenkai Finale Buster, thus reversing the spell.

When the Kudakk was installed with a Tojiru Gear, it briefly transformed into a Kudaiter before becoming a World.
