When Super Warumono World had unleashed the entirety of his power across the entire world, he had resurrected a huge number of villains who had been defeated by past Super Sentai teams in order to assemble an army so that he could defeat the Zenkaigers and conquer the world. Despite the Zenkaigers' best efforts, each and every one of them had ended up being captured by members of his army along with themselves being brought before him so that he could defeat them.
A combination of Juran's sweat acting as an unintentional lubricant which enabled the Zenkaigers to free themselves from their restraints as well as Kaito Goshikida's quick thinking which enabled him to use a special Sentai Gear that had been given to him by both of his parents before they had disappeared summoned a huge army that is comprised of each and every Sentai Red Rangers, which were able to turn the tide against Super Warumono World's army as the Sentai Red Rangers focused on defeating all of the resurrected villains whereas the Zenkaigers focus on defeating Super Warumono World.
Once Super Warumono World had been defeated, all of the resurrected villains had lost the source of their resurrection before they had regressed back to being ghosts. As Super Warumono World had been controlling the villains' minds when they had been resurrected by him, they had regained their free will upon his defeat and announced their intentions to carry out their individual deeds before they returned to their respective homeworlds.
