Super Sentai Versus Series Theater: Battle 27 (スーパー戦隊VSシリーズ劇場 BATTLE-27 Sūpā Sentai Bāsasu Shirīzu Gekijō BATTLE-27) is the twenty-seventh installment of the Super Sentai Versus Series Theater. Showcasing part 2 of the 2007 film GoGo Sentai Boukenger vs. Super Sentai, its broadcast accompanied Tensou Sentai Goseiger Epic 42: Passionate Hyde.
Plot
Pre-show
Welcoming the audience to the Super Sentai Versus Series Theater's twenty-seventh episode, GoGo Sentai Boukenger vs. Super Sentai - Part 2. A dream teamup so special that even Hyde bears an uncharacteristically fiery passion for it, the Goseigers recount what happened last time; the Time Demon God Chronos trapped the Boukengers in a subspace. Joining with Gajah from the Gordom Civilization, Chronos revived the Org Tsuetsue and Infershia's Meemy. Meanwhile, Bouken Silver met the mysterious warrior, AkaRed, who sent him to seek the help of the past Sentai warriors, with those gathered forming a Dream Sentai to go and save the Boukengers. Still acting as AkaRed, Hyde announces that a big present is awaiting at the end. Presenting Super Sentai's 30th anniversary, the Goseigers leave it to Datas who screens the conclusion.
Post-show
The teamup concludes with the Goseigers in awe at the fiery Super Sentai Soul. Led by Hyde, the Goseigers wear the Boukengers' uniforms and perform their base roll call. Presenting a set of Super Sentai merchandise, the Goseigers announce that this big present will be won by ten people who apply. Hyde enthusiastically announces that next time is Juken Sentai Gekiranger. Turning the subject to today's Goseiger, Alata reveals that Datas gets into trouble. Alata and Eri remind the viewers to stay on their channel to watch Goseiger at 7:30 and to watch the continuing Super Sentai Versus Series Theater next week.
