Some sources are more reliable than others. Here's a list (not exhaustive) of sources which are suitable, or are explicitly banned. Unless referencing something you've seen in Power Rangers or Sentai episodes or movies, a source should be cited.
WHITELIST
Reputable news websites, such as USA Today
Press releases
Saban, Toei, Nickelodeon, TV Asahi, powerrangers.com and super-sentai.net websites
BLACKLIST
IMDB, Wikipedia, and similar websites. They're user editable. If you see something on those sites, cite whatever they're citing.
Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter and similar websites, unless the source is photographic evidence or a verified example of Word of God (i.e. cast and crew).
