Starvark is a tapir-themed monster who appears as one of the minor villains of both the second and third part of the three-part episode "The Samurai's Journey".
History[]
Starvark was one of five monsters sent out by Lothor to attack the Rangers, he was confronted by Tori and was beaten but after being destroyed, Starvark came back to life and continued to attack Tori who was forced to retreat.
Starvark was the first of Lothor's monster army to grow and battle the Storm Megazord, Starvark tried to destroy the Megazord by surrounding it with flames and attack it with a katana but was quickly beaten by the Storm Megazord using the Ram Hammer Turtle Mace Combo.

He is one of the monsters freed from the Abyss of Evil in the second and finale part of the two-part series finale episode "Storm Before the Calm".

- Neck Flame Vision: Starvark can fire a burst of flame from the eye located in front of his neck.
