"I think I don't know what I think, Your Evilness!"
―Squatt[src]

Squatt was a servant of Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa, the dimwitted sidekick of Baboo. Squatt was a short, blue-skinned hobgoblin-like creature with a large horn. He wore metal armor.

History

Mighty Morphin

Squatt was rather excitable, and may act like an eager child when Rita had a plan, or when the Rangers were having trouble in a battle. Squatt was easily frightened by his bosses' bad tempers. Squatt was a coward and, rather than fight, he along with Baboo, would accompany Goldar, Scorpina and monsters as they attacked the Earth and cheer them on. However, he often went to Earth when there was no fight going on because his main duties were acting as a spy and saboteur.

Squatt later left the Moon with Zedd and Rita when they fled from the Machine Empire. He was seen in "Countdown to Destruction" among Rita and Zedd's forces, although it is unclear whether he was purified or destroyed when Zordon's Energy Wave struck.[1]

Years later, Squatt appears again helping Zedd and Rita conquer the Vica Galaxy. Before victory can be achieved, Ecliptor appears in the sky to announce that Dark Specter has been destroyed and that Astronema is now the Queen of Evil. Tvicon TV STORY-Countdown to Destruction, Part 1

The following day, after Andros the Red Space Ranger destroyed Zordon's energy tube, freeing a great golden wave of energy that goes through the universe. Squatt was turned to dust off-screen, alongside the majority of other villains of the United Alliance of Evil.

The Lost Episode

Squatt was seen in archive footage, along with various Villains and Rangers, when Austin St. John and Walter Jones related about the Power Rangers' team from Mighty Morphin until the recently Lost Galaxy. Tvicon TV STORY-The Lost Episode

Personality

While Rita considers everyone beneath her "dummies", Squatt is basically the most idiotic member of the villain group he's in, as he tends to ask stupid questions such as whether or not to bring a swimsuit for an Earth invasion. Despite his stupidity, he can do simple jobs such as spying, sabotage, and stealing rather well once he's properly motivated. In "Rita's Seed of Evil", it is revealed that Rita promised him a tube of glow in the dark toothpaste if she's pleased enough with him, which indicate that Squatt has an interest in quirky things that might be radioactive.
