The Spino Boomerang is the transformation device and signature weapon used by Heckyl to morph into the Dino Charge Dark Ranger.

Heckyl obtained the Morpher after becoming Keeper of the Dark Energem and bonded with it in a purified manner, allowing him to morph into the Dark Ranger.
When Heckyl was on board Squillia Naire's Mega Squidrill as a spy for Operation Seasoning, he received a signal from Tarrick to execute his plan. Heckyl summoned the Spino Boomerang and morphed into the Dino Charge Dark Ranger. He later joined the Cosmic Fury Rangers and Billy to liberate Earth and morphed once again.

- Despite having debuted in Cosmic Fury, the weapon itself draws its origins from Power Rangers Dino Super Charge and its associated dimension and is a direct adaptation from its counterpart in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Gaburincho of Music, footage of which was never adapted for Dino Charge except for Zord footage involving the Spino Zord, which is not known to be associated with Heckyl.
- The "Spino Boomerang" was never named in the show or behind the scenes.
