Slob Goblin is a tongue-themed monster in a mailbox-like armor that serves as the primary villain of the episode "Tongue and Cheek".
Character History
He was the Intergalactic Mail Carrier for Marah and Kapri, when he showed Lothor his ability's on Choobo, he was sent down to earth to battle the Rangers, he captures two people and was about to captures the two joggers, but the Yellow Wind Ranger came to the rescue, he summons an army of Kelzaks to aid him in battle, but they were no match for the Yellow Ranger and he was forced to retreat. he later captures the Thunder Rangers by having Kapri disguise herself as their grandma, for it was revealed that he had captured her too, he then battled the Red, Yellow and Blue Rangers, the Rangers had the upper hand, but the Red and Yellow Rangers started to argue, which gives the monster the perfect chance to capture the Blue Ranger and blast the Red and Yellow Rangers, the Red and Yellow Rangers combined their attacks to destroy him for the first time, Lothor then use the Scroll of Empowerment to make Slob Goblin grow, the Wind Rangers then summon the Storm Megazord to battle him, but he was too great, the Samurai Star Megazord came to the rescue, they use the Super Stamp Power Sphere to force Slob Goblin to released the people he captures and they formed the Samurai Storm Megazord to take out Slob Goblin for good.

Personality
Slob Goblin is a goofy monster that loves to turn his enemy's into stamps. he occasionally makes a blubbery noise.
Powers and abilities
- Teleportation: Slob Goblin can teleport to any location at will.
- Kelzak Summoning: Slob Goblin can summon an army of Kelzaks to aid him in battle.
- Sonic Waves: Slob Goblin can fire blue sonic waves from his left blue eye.
- Energy Blast: Slob Goblin can also fire a light green energy blast from his left blue eye.
Arsenal
- Extendible Tongue: True to his name, he can use his tongue for close melee combat or extend it to great lengths to wrap his enemy's with.
- Stamp Tongue: Slob Goblin can lick his opponents with his tongue and turn them into stamps.
- Tongue-Tied: Slob Goblin can launch a tongue that can wrap his enemy's with.
- Electrocution Effect: By lighting up his left blue eye, he can electrocute his enemy's with blue electricity with the Tongue-Tied ability.
