Slob Goblin is a tongue-themed monster in a mailbox-like armor that serves as the primary villain of the episode "Tongue and Cheek".
History[]
He was the Intergalactic Mail Carrier for Marah and Kapri. When he showed Lothor his abilities on Choobo, he was sent down to Earth to battle the Rangers.
He captures two people and was about to captures the two joggers, but the Yellow Wind Ranger came to the rescue. He summons an army of Kelzaks to aid him in battle, but they were no match for the Yellow Ranger and he was forced to retreat.
He later captures the Thunder Rangers by having Kapri disguise herself as their grandma, for it was revealed that he had captured her too.
He then battled the Red, Yellow and Blue Rangers. The Rangers had the upper hand, but the Red and Yellow Rangers started to argue, which gives the monster the perfect chance to capture the Blue Ranger and blast the Red and Yellow Rangers. The two combined their attacks to destroy him for the first time.
Lothor then used the Scroll of Empowerment to make Slob Goblin grow, so the Wind Rangers then summoned the Storm Megazord to battle him, but he was too great. The Samurai Star Megazord came to the rescue and they used the Super Stamp Power Sphere to force Slob Goblin to release the people he captured (including Choobo, the Thunder Rangers and their grandma) and they formed the Samurai Storm Megazord to take out Slob Goblin for good.

Slob Goblin is a goofy monster that loves to turn his enemies into stamps, he occasionally makes a blubbery noise.

- Teleportation: Slob Goblin can teleport to any location at will.
- Armor: Slob Goblin has durable armor that allows him to resist opponent attacks.
- Kelzak Summoning: Slob Goblin can summon an army of Kelzaks to aid him in battle.
- Sonic Wave Vision: Slob Goblin can fire light blue sonic waves from his left eye.
- Eye Blast: Slob Goblin can also fire a light green energy blast from his left eye.
- Tongue Whip: Slob Goblin can launch a tongue-like whip that can wrap up his enemies.
- Electrocution Effect: By lighting up his left eye, he can electrocute his enemies with blue electricity from his tongue whip.
